What I’ve Done
Designed a modern and versatile logo that captures the essence of the property through clean typography and a balanced color palette. The mark combines simplicity with meaning, ensuring it remains memorable and adaptable across both digital and print applications. Every element was carefully crafted to reflect the company’s identity and connect with its target audience.
Led the photo and video process, from taking all of the exteriors, interiors, aerial photos, and the aerial drone footage.
Produced the one page offering announcement highlighting the property and it’s investment highlights.
Created the entire offering memorandum, bringing together design, branding, and visual storytelling to highlight the unique value of the property. My approach ensures that the memorandum package is both visually compelling and strategically structured to communicate key details, drive engagement, and support successful transactions.
Developed custom graphics, site plans, floor plans, detailed maps, and tailored aerial visuals. The design focused on storytelling to showcase The Pointe At Bridgeport’s location, accessibility, and unique features in a way that supports leasing, investment, and marketing efforts.
Generated the marketing video which highlights everything the property has to offer as it does in the offering memorandum.
Spiral bound printed all of the marketing materials for ownership.
